The medium-sized B-Types, designed by J. A. Flores, include four sub-types: B1, B2, B3 and B4. The differences between them lie in the orientation, bedroom distribution and the option of a carport or private garage. All B villas feature manicured gardens, infinity pools, gymnasium and home cinema and an entertainment room.

Finally, Typology C comprises three Signature villas, which represent the ultimate in luxury and are designed by Pedro Peña. These residences include a private garage accessible via a tunnel, bedroom layout with four bedrooms on the upper level and one on the lower level, spacious living areas and kitchen on the ground floor. Two villas are southeast facing and one is east facing. They offer immaculate gardens, infinity pools and an exceptional solarium.

Payment schedule: 50.000 € as reservation, after 15 days a payment of 30% upon signature of the private contract, after 12 months a payment of 20%, the remaining 50% upon handover of the properties.
