A personal comment
When I first walked into the apartment I had the feeling that I was in a house. Being at the far corner of the building, away from the swimming pool, surrounded by the garden on three sides, with very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, and all rooms with windows that open to the large terrace or to the garden, no doubt one has the impression of being in a house. From the large terrace, and through a small gate you walk down a few steps and are in the garden. Another striking feature is the large terrace (70m2) which has a dining area and a sitting area with tables, sofas and lamps where you can sit and dine all year round, and even watch TV. An ideal apartment for a family with children or elderly or handicapped people.
