Marbesa and Carib Playa, Classic Beachside Marbella

One of the most established areas in Marbella East is Marbesa, a peaceful seaside residential zone first developed in the 1960s. Its leafy streets and peaceful roads are largely devoid of passing traffic, serving a residential area of villas, townhouses and apartments that span the range from compact to large. Indeed, they come in different sizes, styles, orientations and layouts, but all boast that winning locational aspect – they’re close to the sea.

This means that in Marbesa you are never far away from sandy beaches, with their quaint seaside bars, fish restaurants and lovely views out across the Mediterranean. There are some beautiful park areas that almost touch natural dune landscapes, with tennis clubs, golf, shops, schools and the elegant Don Carlos Hotel and its trendy beach club, Nikki Beach, close by.
