EREN welcomes two new members to its network

Estoril, Portugal was the place chosen this second half of the year for the EREN meeting. Our affiliates at IRG, beautifully organized this 2 day conference which was held at the Palacio Estoril Hotel.

As always, new initiatives and marketing strategies were discussed to keep improving our network and reports from the EREN members were given on their local markets. All members mentioned that sales have gradually been picking up since Feb/March this year and that there is more and more confidence from clients. This is also the case for the Marbella property market as we commented a few weeks ago.

Moreover, two new members were welcomed into our network: Balearic Properties from Mallorca and CGI from Geneva thus expanding even further our network of European boutique real estate firms.

EREN members appointed a new executive committee with Jose Ribes Bas from Rimontgó as new president, Peter Marschall from Marschall Immobilien as Vice President and Marco Argentieri from Cofim Immobiliare VR as new EC member.
