Las Lomas del Marbella Club

Situated just off the northern side of the celebrated Golden Mile, Las Lomas del Marbella Club is one of Marbella’s classic luxury residential areas. Covering an extensive area of 35 hectares, it follows the gentle upward gradient from the nearby beach towards the towering La Concha Mountain a few kilometres distant.

When developed by a select group of pioneer property promoters in the early 1970s, this was the finest urbanisation of its kind in the entire area. Since then other luxurious areas have arisen in and around Marbella, but thanks to its space, immaculate green areas, architectural charm and layout, and the quality of development, Las Lomas del Marbella Club remains one of the finest addresses in Southern Spain.

In addition to the rustic properties within the Pueblo and the large villas that make up most of the area, Las Lomas del Marbella Club also contains urbanisations such as Monte Paraíso, Ancón Sierra (which has an exquisite restaurant), Lomas del Rey, Coto Real and La Joya, the creation of renowned architects Gauna & Taborda.

There are also luxurious modern apartment urbanisations on the outlying parts of Las Lomas, richly endowed with views and greenery, and often featuring a contemporary interpretation of sumptuous Hispano-Moorish architecture, delineating an area that is one of the most sought-after in Marbella.
