La Zagaleta Golf & Country Club

La Zagaleta Golf & Country Club, one of Europe’s most sought after residential estates, is situated in one of the most beautiful areas of the Costa del Sol, bordering to the North with the Ronda Mountains and at only a few kilometres from Marbella and Puerto Banus and 60km from Malaga airport.

It is an 18-hole golf course designed by Californian architect Bradford Benz, spans 6,000 meters and offers breathtaking views. The golf course, designed to preserve its natural surroundings and with no parallel holes, offers its members a truly unique experience as golfers enjoy an ‘interference free’ game.

Los Barrancos Golf Course

Los Barrancos de La Zagaleta Golf Course was opened in 2007 and is an exclusive par 70 golf course. This golf course offers an exciting game through the valleys and mountains in the Northern part of the Estate. A lake by the second hole and a damn which runs along various holes, add to the beauty of the course. The exuberant local flora surely helps blend the golf course into its natural surroundings.

La Zagaleta Club House

The luxurious and luminous clubhouse offers 5,100 m² of a wide range of entertainment amenities. Large and small meeting rooms, summer and winter restaurants, library, discotheque, fully equipped events pavilion, billiard room, bowling alley, bar, cafeteria, BBQ and snack bar in pool pavilion, pro shop, clay and hard surface tennis courts, swimming pool with changing rooms and sauna compose the various leisure and business facilities available.

La Zagaleta Equestrian Centre

Among other facilities in the Estate, there are 23 stables and 4 rings available for horses belonging to La Zagaleta as well as for those belonging to owners. Arabian and Spanish horses, ponies and Farabella horses for the youngsters, offer a choice for every rider who wants to enjoy the nature of La Zagaleta on horseback. The Equestrian Club offers, changing rooms and bathrooms, two living rooms with fireplace, offices and medicine cabinet. An instructor is available for those wishing to take up horse riding.
